Meet Our Board
JENNIFER REED, BOARD CHAIR
With nearly 30 years of experience working in non-profit organizations, Jennifer Reed has shared her expertise supporting fund development, public relations and social services. She lived in Mexico for over 5 years and mastered a fluency in Spanish.
She has an educational background in Organizational Development and Psychology, is the current President of the Rotary Club of San Leandro, and is committed to making a difference in her community. She is passionate about providing resources, including access to the arts, to support all individuals and bring communities together. |
DR. PING-RU TERESA KO, BOARD MEMBER / TREASURER
Dr. Ping-Ru Teresa Ko is a pediatric neurologist, sleep medicine physician, and consummate closet singer.
Born in Taiwan and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, she loves music and the performing arts for their power to entertain, to heal, and to foster strong friendships and culture. She has sung in a cappella and choral groups throughout the Bay Area and Pacific Northwest. In addition to singing, she loves to learn languages, swim, kayak, read, and perhaps most of all, sleep. |
MARK WARLICK, BOARD MEMBER
From his experiences with Governmental Agencies, Commissions and Neighborhoods, to his work with Sister Cities and NGOs both locally and Internationally, Mark Warlick has spent a lifetime in community service.
“Harmony Werks was born from the fruit of discussions and the need of an organization dedicated to creating the physical spaces and legal structures artists need to perform, providing a safe space to find one’s voice…and to revel in the joy of creating and participating in art. I am honored to provide advice and guidance from a lifetime of participating in private corporations, municipalities and faith based, civil - human rights and emergency relief 501c3s.” |
NICOLE ENNEN, BOARD MEMBER
Nicole Ennen has been involved in and intrigued by the arts for most of her life, beginning in childhood with painting and sculpture, and moving into performing arts over the last decade. She is passionate about promoting access to the arts for everyone in our community and delighted to be a part of Harmony Werks.
Nicole holds a Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and runs her own consulting business, Org Empathy Consulting LLC, focused on developing leaders, teams, and organizations through the lens of empathy. She has helped nonprofits, theaters, government, and community organizations build out their people, norms, and processes, and looks forward to leveraging that experience on this board. Nicole has performed on various stages in the Bay Area, teaches dance fitness classes, creates elaborate costumes, and sells her handmade art at local Bay Area markets under Bad Art by Nice. |
SINOHUI HINOJOSA, CEO & FOUNDER / BOARD MEMBER
Sinohui Hinojosa has spent the past 20 years coordinating, scheduling & hosting community events in the Bay Area as the founder of the San Jose Pop Up Choir, Co-founder/Artistic Director of the San Jose International Short Film Festival and the Yountville International Short Film Festival and now as the founder of Harmony Werks.
He is the Senior Producer and Co-founder of EAP Creative, and works as a storyteller to support small business owners, non profit orgs and corporations in crafting media that speaks to all audiences. A closet performer (sometimes accompanied by his muppet pal Julius), Sinohui is passionate in helping others find their voice. |
